- You are purchasing a service, this is meant to be purchased along your currently wished account/monster.

- Please make sure the Hive ID is not already taken, since this will cause delivery delays.

- Estimated delivery when purchasing a Custom Hive ID account is around 2 weeks, if the weeks pass and we still haven't delivered, we will refund you 100% of your current order.

- Once the account is ready, we will message you & deliver it to the e-mail you made the purchase with.

- This service is incompatible with special collaboration monsters.

- We do not accept any refunds due to the nature of the product we are selling, but we welcome direct communication if any issues were to occur.
