Due to the nature of our products and services, we enforce a strict no refund policy.  All sales are considered final and will be no longer be eligible for a refund except for these few specific circumstances:

 

Product is not as described

If the product is not as described or you recieved the wrong credentials, DO NOT use, play or change the account details, contact us immediatly trough Live Chat, Discord or Email and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Purchase of wrong product

We are not obliged to refund you if purchased the wrong product. If a product was purchased by accident or you purchased an account for the wrong server please contact us immediatly.

We are unable to process your order

If we are unable to process your order, you will be fully refunded.

Cancellation

We only offer cancellation of orders if our delivery time exceeds 72 hours, if that timespan has passed and you wish to cancel please contact us and we will handle it for you.
